Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between digital and physical cards?
Digital cards are sent by email or link — perfect for keeping in touch at no cost. Physical cards are printed and posted first-class directly to the recipient (or to you in a batch). Physical cards are included in our Starter plan and above.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. Our Free plan lets you send unlimited digital cards and up to 5 video messages per year. No credit card required to sign up.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes — you can change your plan at any time. If you upgrade mid-year, you pay the difference pro-rata. If you downgrade, the change takes effect at your next renewal.
What happens if I don't use all my physical cards?
Unused physical card credits do not roll over to the next year. We encourage you to use our annual review tool to plan who should receive a card — we'll make sure no one gets missed.
Do you post to all UK addresses?
Yes. We post to all UK mainland and island addresses including Northern Ireland, Scotland, and the Channel Islands. International delivery is not currently available.
Is there a minimum contract length?
No. All plans are billed annually but you can cancel at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing year.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe. We do not currently support PayPal or direct debit.
Can I send cards to someone abroad?
Digital cards can be sent anywhere in the world. Physical postal delivery is currently UK-only.
